NICK3D Banned for no reason

Hey guess what im back its Nick3d but iv created a duplicate profile so i can prove my innocense
lets start shall we

my bebo proves that i am "nick" and the email on their is mine which is connected to nick3d's account have a look.

my msn look at ma dp and compare to bebo profile and plus look at how many messages iv got plus how many contacts iv got aswell i cant get them in 15 minutes can i with most of them accepting aswell as being sent loads of messages which i cant be arsed look at
