Sigh open edges

Hate to bother people with another open edge topic, but tool keeps saying I have open edges. I selected all borders, closed those up. I did a very low threshold weld on all vertices, welded like 3. Whenever I import the .wrl file, A bunch of objects that are no where NEAR any polys, vertices or edges appear, so it doesn't really help me find the stuff. I'm also exporting as a mesh.

Make sure when you import the wrl you uncheck all the boxes or else they will come up in a different spot then where they should be, then try to look for open edges where they show they are.
