have an addon to Firefox that blocks a certain link to a .jpg or .gif file from ever loading on the browser? Or is there something like it?

There some pictures like certain people Avatars I'd like not to be loaded, due to the slight NSFW and just the gagging due to me not having the same sexual fantasies as others.
