[App] Oh Snap Im back at. Halo Custom Edition Launcher v3

Well after a short vacation one might say, I'm back at it programming a new addition to my app. Since i have Office 2007 at home and we are installing it on most computers at work I based some stuff from it. At first i didnt like the Idea of a Ribbon Bar but when you play with it a few weeks it does make it a tad bit easier. As well, I had a few Private IM's asking me to add some new items.

Alright New on the list:
All Tool functions will be there. Not just the regular.
A much better layout and navigation system.
Going to see if i can make any script files if click open in my app.
See about String list editor.
And a few other Items

Ive Been working non Stop for about 10hrs now. But its about done with converting over to the new gui. Ill add teh new feature when i can. I have to work from 7:00am to 6:00pm thur and Fri. Blah but its fun Network System Annalist.
