So, this has been happening ever since I got my computer, and I'm finally getting around to wondering why the hell it happens. I'm getting weird glitches in the display areas of OpenGL applications. Everything that uses DirectX is fine.
Case in point, Wings 3D

That area on the bottom there that shows the desktop is actually part of the window covered by a glitch.
It happens when I'm trying to model, and gets especially bad when I'm trying to take a damn screenshot. Anyone have any ideas on what the problem is? I've got an OpenGL settings tweaking tool, but nothing has solved the problem so far.
