View Full Version : Backup Forum made for Modacity

In case of server downtime having taken over Modacity, I made a backup for Modacity to come over incase of the above happening. The site is only little pieces now, but it'll be in tip-top shape when we get some admins/mods. Which is, of course, the admins and mods here. I just wanted to get this out there so when we here have a failure (Internal Server Error anyone?) This will be the place to hang out until the site is back up. Yea... I was thinking of doing something like this, but then I didn't because I saw how pointless it was. You can't make a replacement Modacity without vBulletin btw.

Gross. PHPBB.
Use MyBB (http://www.mybboard.net/), it's the best.

lol, your gonna waste $200 getting vbulletin for a forum noone will go to ?
sorry, but a "backup" forum has been done before, and failed miserably.
besides, when there is a internal error, it only lasts a few seconds.

Good luck getting everyone to sign up there... Was a nice thought but yeah, I really doubt that it will go well.

VB costs a shitload of money per month, even if it is a backup forum.
