1) My brother STILL hasn't gotten his license (game is M, duh)
2) I only have like, $25, and I don't feel like making him have to help me buy it when he's going to get Warhead.

It looks great though, but IGN(or whoever) said it gets too repetitive how you fight the same shirtless enemies the whole game.

at first, during the tut mode, it is kinda boring...but hell it is amazing afterwords....I love the graphics...love the "free to do whatever the hell you want" gameplay, its just awsome.

The only time they enforced the rating for me was when my bro and I went to pick up Halo 3. It all went well though, since my bro was 17.

i play with a 3.0 ghz C2D, 2gig ram, and an ATI x1950 pro

1650x1080 @ very high smoothly, which is better than crysis

On a E4400 and 8800GT, I play 1024x768 on Very High with 2x AA with little to no frame dropping.

God it takes forever to get anywhere in this game, not helped by the fact that there are guardposts littered everywhere to trader places and the troops keep respawning every few hours.

Yes :( Funnily enough, the one that is going to get his liscense soon wanted Halo PC, but we only had a 17 year old brother. So we had to make him buy it...at...Office...Max :confused: The funny part is, I play it more than him, but in return he plays my Crysis all the time.(The one whose going to get his license probably this weekend.)

Speaking of that, since he's getting Warhead, and I only have $25, should I save up to buy Far Cry 2 sometime, or say screw it and get UT3?

Get Fallout 3, Far cry 2 really gets repetitive because most of the missions involve destroying (insert boring, bland character here) of this or grabbing (insert anonymous object here) with little meaning to the main story.

It's SP is entertaining the first time through, and there's a plot twist or two, but don't expect something amazing. Still, I found a certain appeal somewhere in it, although I can't say where.

Personally, I'd recommend picking up either Fallout 3 or Gears 2, but that's just me.

It was a waste of 50$ for me the story line and gameplay was almost as bad as crysis.
The multiplayer is the only acceptional thing but it yet lacked things.

I loved this game, the story is pretty good if you pay attention to what is happening. The ending though was kinda unexpected...

After the twist where you end up working with the jackal (saw that one coming a mile away after listening to some of the tapes), it kinda sucks having to kill all the friends you met during the game, I thought they all died in Mike's bar :(. Then the whole ending where you have to die either way is kinda depressing in a way. It was fun actually seeing yourself preparing to die with the battery and the dynamite option, yet again, it feels kinda depressing to have the action hand right in front of you when you are going to put the two wires on the battery, then when you press it you see the moment they touch the battery and all goes black. The other option of shooting yourself after bribing the guards was disapointing, after having the option to actually see your method of death first hand in the battery option, it would have been nice to see yourself with a gun in your face. Love the game though.

I got the console version last week. I have to admit, the fact that guards at an outpost respawn right as soon as you're out of sight really grates on me. If it was the next day, then maybe. If it was the next day and a little more heavily reinforced 'cause someone kicked their asses yesterday, that'd be even better. However, having stated all that, that is my biggest gripe, and the game is pretty good, and conforms to my playing style like a glove.

The only other problem I have is that while the map editor is powerful, I can also see a whole load of idiots making a randomly-generated map, adding in two paths and a load of vehicles on each side, then releasing it as the greatest thing ever. Other than that, I love it.

I never had a problem with animals getting in my way. I think I only ran over three in the whole game. Two of them were impalas, which don't stop me at all.

Also, Mk. 19 is awesome. I refused to get the MGL just because its sheer power would ruin the fun.

I can't seem to get the MGL grenade to land where I want it to without using the scope, not helped by the fact that it takes forever to reload. This game needs more NATO weapons.

Nope, multiplayer doesn't work like single player, since a player chooses a class, there is no need for weapon pick up, or so ubisoft thought. You can still place turrets and ammo though >.>

Press and hold shift down when moving to clone.
Place 1 object, select the moving tool, then clone to make a straight line in the x or y axis, then keep copying by selecting the previous copies for faster copying. Same thing when you are going to stack, only that you go with the z axis.

Well game came today, I've probably played about an hours worth, most of that doing endless driving around. Wish I had more diamonds damnit so I could buy a flamethrower.

I think games pretty good, whether that opinion will last long is another thing :)
