It's like they're desperately determined to appeal to absolutely everyone, and that in itself pretty much guarantees failure. You just can't. If you want to make a game, pick something and bloody stick to it, don't try and throw everything in. It's like how EA were preaching about realistic maps in MoH:A and then the idiots turned around and put in 'Johan Gasmask', the magical Nazi Party/SS member who prances about with a gasmask spraying an MG42 from the hip like it's an airsoft gun.
If you want to make a WW2 game, make a WW2 game. Don't try mix in all this other bullshit just for the sake of drowning people in content. If you want zombie Nazis, then make a game focused on that instead.
I fucking hate most of the big game devs these days, they're all bloody thick.

If I wanted zombies and Nazis, I'll play Wolfenstein thanks. That's a game that worked well with sci-fi and WW2.

Sorry, it takes more than a few Nazi Zombies to persuade the masses...
Now if we were talking Nazi Zombie Ninja Pirates... that might be a different story.

That looks like some quick fun but its not that appealing for real fans who want to play some COD. The multiplayer is what looks to have me captivated using some of my favourite WWI-WWII era weapons on other people hahaha. M1 Garand is my favourite WWII weapon.

The MP looked shit to be dead honest, CoD4-style gamplay does not mix with WWII at all

It's just a random coop game off to the side; nothing to do with the campaign at all. Who the fuck cares? I welcome it.

I'll wait for the game to actually come out before I call any of it shit.

Well let's see - as Snaf pointed out, they're loading it with gimmicks. Second, the voice acting has reached an all-time low. Third, CoD4's lightning-fast gameplay works for the modern world. It doesn't work for WWII, because neither WWII nor its weapons were cut out for that. Fourth, I actually witnessed tanks in MP being blown up by grenades. What in the name of fuck is the point of including tanks in MP if they're no better off than a halfway-decent infantryman? None, it's another gimmick. Any already rare accuracy has gone out the window, the atmosphere is completely wrong thanks to them basically porting WWII gear to modern warfare, and it's just more of the same. They haven't added anything truly worthwhile to the gameplay, because for all the new features included, they're all just added dross in a sea of dross. The basic mechanics are identical to a game set 70 years later, the new features don't actually do anything you couldn't do yourself on foot, and like all CoD games, it's going to be populated by the absolute dregs of the gaming community with the decent ones spread few and far between.
If they'd actually introduced something truly new - like based the whole game around said zombies, or done something different with the gameplay rather than just jacked CoD4's - I'd consider it worth checking out. Alas, they haven't.

What did I say about making America look better than it really was in WWII

I wish they'd put AI zombies in Halo... A much better use of programmers... I think I'd buy this game strictly because me and three guys could have a Nazi-Zombie survival fest... As far as gimmicks go, I'm intrigued...

Yeah, bad choice of words. I should have said in Infection mode. I just call it zombies still...

I'd enjoy this. It's for people like me who enjoy killing zombies and don't care about what ross said.

So get a game which focuses on doing so, thus enhancing the zombie-killing experience

He didn't say he would get the game, just that he would enjoy it.
But I know what you're saying. The game is a WWII re-skin, not even so much as a WWII mod, or game.

ummmm...
Unlockable after completing the single-player campaign, Nazi Zombie is a four-player, cooperative survival mode that looks like it's a little bit Counter Strike (http://www.1up.com/do/Counter%20Strike:%20Source), and a little bit Left 4 Dead (http://www.1up.com/do/gameOverview?cId=3155405).
It's just an unlockable mode, not actual gameplay. like snaf said, gimmick

I want to kill Zombies with WWII weapons on the COD4/5 engine. Wish there were allied zombies to kill you as well or be on your side hahahaha.

It's an extra feature there for those who want to play it. Hell I would.
