Is there any way to accelerate this process? I have currently been running lightmaps on the super setting for 5 days now and tool just now at 40% :/ I dont have a commercial version of max and the trial has run dry so lightmap baking from max is out of the question, but Im all ears for an alternative.

it takes a long time for home use. It's a process that's designed to work on a server cluster.

Try setting H2vTool at a higher priority setting. Here's some instructions:

I use it all the time- but beware, this will potentially make your PC unusable while tool is running.

5 Days, seriously? What are you computer specs cause I can build super light maps on my Yoyorast Island conversion in about 6 hours. And that's nearly 20,000 polygons.
