View Full Version : Computer might have hardware flu.

I've been having a lot of problems lately with my computer (and these problems have been there for a couple of months now).

When rebooted, it sometimes hangs at the various part of POST (checking HDDs and Veriying DMI Pool Data). It also freezes randomly when I leave the computer on for long periods of time. Newest feature to this feature set is that I cannot seem, even with a clean install of windows, boot the damned thing.

I've tried reinstalling and now (with several HDDs) I get a BSOD when the install CD is running giving me a hardware error.

I have a 680i chipset board and OCZ GameXStream 750W powersupply. I was thinking that these might be the problem, but I was wondering if anybody has any other more convenient solutions; I don't want to open a support ticket at EVGA for no reason.

Thanks.

It's either your RAM or motherboard.
