I recently found a pair of 3d glasses from Jurassic Park. I was wondering if their was anything I could download to do the 3d effect with my desktop and windows. Like...the doubled over image of red and blue.

TrackMania Nations Forever has a 3D option, but it's hardly worth playing anymore. It got overrun with noobs and poorly designed tracks...

Thats cool.

Still, no program can do that? I have googled, but I dont know well enough terminology to be able to search effectively.

From what I've gathered, there is no software to make your desktop 3D. You would need special hardware to do it, such as a stereographic 3D enabled monitor or a converter.

But, I do have a nice collection of 3D Halo 3 screenshots if you're interested:

That would be cool if they ever did some kind of special 3D Halo thing. But it may probably never happen. And if i had glasses, those shots would be cool.

If by 3-D glasses you mean anaglyph (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anaglyph_image)3-D glasses, then you can install iZ3D's driver (http://www.iz3d.com/t-dcdriver.aspx) to enable anaglyph mode on most games. I used this for a while and my games looked awesome. Tried it on Far Cry 2 (DX9), Project Tourque, and World of Warcraft. Should work for most DX games (maybe even DX 10), dunno about openGL games though.
