Well I'm no goodie goodie when it comes to school related things, I'm actually one to openly state I hate school.. But just to get a big project out of the way I'm going to try for a fundraiser to get new Desks at the school.

Seriously the desks we have now are disgusting, all covered with gum at the bottom, my only concern is that one desk is near $200.00 USD which is incredibly outrageous.

If anyone could help me find a reasonable price, somewhere in the double digits, for a chair attached to desk combo. Padding would be nice too :]

If you guys got caught putting gum under a desk in a class that i taught, i'd have you clean every bit of gum off the bottom of every desk in my class room, and if mine happens to be clean theres a hundred other class's that could use the same treatment.

I guess you're right Bod. Thankfully, the gum isn't a problem at our school, so I was always under the impression that the janitors cleaned it. I agree with everything you say though, I'd do the same thing.
