When I saw this processor at newegg, I was like :eek:

AMD has finally come out with a new dual core CPU based on the Phenom! According to the benchmarks, it performs VERY nicely, cause it has 1mb L2 cache and 2mb L3 Cache :D

And the best thing is, it's only 79.99!!!!

This is by far the best performing AMD dual core EVER!!!

And It can Overclock easily to 3.2ghz with a multiplier adjustment and 3.3ghz with a voltage adjustment, and it's 100% stable! Guys if you want a cheap Dual Core with a LOT of punch and can actually kinda compete with the Intel 6 and 7 series C2D, look no further!

I was looking at this myself, actually. If you are like me, It would be cheaper to buy this plus a new motherboard instead of a looking for an old dual core socket 939 CPU.

Yeah, I have an old socket 939 x2 3800+, and It's still serving me well, but it's starting to show it's age. With this new proc, I can upgrade to the latest technology and still have good bang for the buck! And if you're like me, and don't have a lot of money to spend, this is proc is great at only 79.99! Plus the mobo and mem, the price will end up at around $200, but that still beats getting a whole other pc or something.

Oh yeah the cheapest dual core opteron I found for socket 939 is around $200 lol.
