Just minutes ago Chris (aka =EP_SWAT to you HaloCEers) made me aware of a heartbreaking story that he himself and the rest of his family are having to deal with. I'm posting this here to help a past co-worker and a friend, in hopes that maybe from what I pay forward, will domino into justice being paid in this grusome story.

I am pleading at this time to anyone who will listen. On Dec 14th 2008, my 11 yr old niece was raped by her step father. To make matters even worse he literally beat my 12 year old nephew to the point when I saw him my knees buckled and I almost lost consciousness. My nephew spent 2 days at Primary Children’s Hospital for treatment and was later released to myself. The nurses and doctors cried their hearts out when they saw that another human being could possibly do this horrible act on such a small precious child. No one deserves the type of beating he got, no man or woman and especially a child.
I need the medias help at this time. Willie Phillips (The children’s step father) is lose and currently has a NCIC warrant for his arrest. We want this man to rot in jail for what he has done to these 2 precious children.
My wife and I have 3 of our own children and my sister had 4 of her own. The state of Utah has taken the children from their home and mother/father and placed them into mine and my wife’s custody. My sister was staying at a friend’s house while these events took place due to a recent separation from her 2 youngest children’s father and the 2 oldest step father. The state of Utah at this time feels like that neither parent can provide a safe environment for these children.
In short, my family wants this man caught. I have been patient with local police and waited for them to catch him. So far nothing. I wanted to go to the media the very next day and was instructed that it might hurt the investigation so I did not want to interfere. It has been 2 weeks and these kids start school next week. I worry, the kid’s worry that their father will come and take them. Please, Please, Please help put his information so that if he leaves Utah (and this is a possibility since he has family in Colorado and in Hutchinson, KS) he will be caught.
