I seen this someplace else, halo ce 1.0.0.609.
Is this a legal thing that someone did?
Making a portable that is.

Only if you own the game I think. And you can only download it legaly if you own the game as well.

it uses a no-cd/key crack.. so no, it isn't legal.

Can't you just do that with a regular copy of CE? Hell I've run halo off my ipod drive at school. Works fine.
