I cant find this app

:( I have looked for hours and cant find where to find an app for halo ce. It makes it to where on your dedicated server, every red player that is killed by a blue player goes to the blue team. Also I have seen a server automatically type things to users. Like "Welcome to the server epicneaky!" and stuff

That's the HIV server program, well atleast the Welcome thing is. From what I remember, it's for the HIV server only.

Lol it's on the HCEL server, you probably saw me or sel messing around. Not a public app.

e: Also could be termys server app, but I'm not sure all of what his can do.
