Quick question

When I pan the camera in my view ports in max it goes to bounding box and when I stop panning it goes back to whatever I have it set on.

How do I fix this it gets on my nerves.

Also how do I speed up the walk camera controls (arrow keys) ?

Press O, that should solve that problem.
