CS 1.6 Doesn't detect any servers

I don't know what happened. I have all my firewall turned off. It wasn't showing all the servers, so I refreshed, and it started saying "There are no servers to show"

Does anyone else have this problem?

I pressed refresh like 6 times, and still.. nothing came up.
