I found this website that has this program to keep track off all your kills, deaths and other things for Halo PC. I'm not sure if it can work for Halo CE though. Check it out.

Interesting stuff, not sure if its made by the same people that made the old anti hack (keihatusi and ppl)

Pretty easy to bypass it though.
