I recently watched Faux news for 3 hours straight.
After approximately 10 minutes, layer after layer of silent, rational dissent got trolled into oblivion. For what felt like an hour, the continouous stream of bullshit, subliminal and obvious propaganda disabeled any indepht consideration on how they are wrong. But even if a "lol only in america" mentality kept me afloat for a while, towards the end of my explorations into what horrors might soon be aired on european television, I seriously began to follow their logic.
Regardless of what you think about Faux News, it works.

I could easily see this being transfered into 1984 as propaganda, just change some of the names around. Wow, Fox is just pathetic. Like, even more then I imagined.

Those idiots had the nerve to insult members of a countries armed forced. I don't care if they were kidding around or just being plain retarded, the forces deserve EVERYONES respect. Just because the entire Canadian Forces is smaller than the USA's Special Forces doesn't mean we couldn't go toe-to-toe with them in Afghanistan. Especially since most countries with smaller armed forces get better training than larger ones. I believe it was Rossmum who pointed out that the CF/Kangaroos/New Zealanders basic training is on par with the USA's Special Forces.
