If you take into account the amount of shit that gets posted here everyday, I'd say yes. I come to the Off-Topic section to find something interesting to read, not a random babbling. You can check the statistics of the board yourself...so I don't really see the need for this thread.

Yes, of course it's the most used section, because it's where most of the stuff to talk about and the stuff understood by the greatest number of members goes.
