I am still looking for someone to give me a hand on the textures. I have made a few but there are a lot and I am not very good.
I need someone to help me out by making some materials for me. I would do this myself, but I do not have the time or really the skill to do so.
What I need are textures form Sierra 117. I am making a model and possibly a ce map from it and I need materials.

The materials used are reworked Halo 2 textures and they look hideous. Id appreciate someones halp:worship:

uhh what kind of materials is this made out of? concrete, metal, stone...?
i don't know what sierra 117 is. i never played halo3

Its the first campaign map. I can post some pictures if you want. Its mainly aged concrete and metal.
Edit: Ill post some pics, give me a few. also, I havent seen you around for while...

Holy shit, I just totally had a mental freak-out before I realized you and hunter were doing similar designs.
I do like your take on the design, though! (Sorry if I can't aid as far as textures though, just thought I'd compliment your always impressive work :p)

NP, thanks. my model differs from Hunter's actually quite a bit. Im staying true to the Sierra 117 model, though I have add a few things to make it more multiplayer oriented.

btw are you looking for new custom textures? or just textures in general. because i don't have time to spend making new custom textures.
looks nice. obviously the grates on the last pic need work, sure you've already fixed em though.
guessing sierra 117 is a Dam.

I've been saying we should make Quid Pro Quo into a map from the beginning. The thing is, we're still not making it ito a map - this is just for an artistic rendering. I'll still say that somebody needs to pair with him and make it into a functioning level.

It could a CE map. My modeling technique is the same, as in its a sealed model (some detail object aren't but they are easily fixed or can be scenery). The problem is the level of detail in the geometry. Halo 3 can support a shit-load more detail geometry then CE and I am modeling off of Halo 3; therefore the poly count is going to quite high. As of right now the total count is ~36,000. Without the detail objects, ~28,000. So I am open for a CE port but I do not want to compete with Hunter. I think that since he start before I announced I was making it, I think that he should get first dibs. I'm not saying were doing the same thing, just that they are very similar. I think that that is the respectable thing to do for him. But Like I said before, it would be interesting to see how it turns out in CE. I haven't produced a map in CE for almost 2 years, so I am a tad rusty. And I am still looking for someone to help me out with the textures. Anyways, I'll keep posting my progress here aswell on my website (http://www.dawnunderheaven.net/).

If you need a hand paladin give me a PM. I am modelling mine different to Sierra 117, im making modifications so it suits my map style. And my map wont be fiunished for a LONG time, so theres no need to wait behind me because I started before you :)

^^ part of the reason i dont really want to put it in CE. I think Ive found another engine to put it in bud does anyone know of one that is fairly easy to use that will do it justice?

If you like you can use my weapons when I finish them. Problem is I wont have many done for a while. Although H3MT might have my sniper rifle finished, dont know, and I will have to ask HDoan if he will allow you to use it.

1.You make a model, IT WILL stay with team. You CAN NOT and MAY NOT ask for it not to be used after you already made and gave it. Whats is made for the team stays with team.

AdvanceBo, when I signed up I clearly stated that I model things that I want and H3MT can use them, I still model what Doan asks. Like this H3 Wraith. But I still ask his permision if other people can use them clearly because I respect the leader.

Protip: since the posts gradient from blue to white (on modacity theme) the ninja text needs to be at the bottom or else you will see it.
