Ok, so its been going on for some time now. I was going to reformat my computer, but I have to many things installed to do that. I have 2 tb of hardrive, so its not like my comp is full.

Now to the problem: When I play games, they start crashing at random times.. and then the comp goes slow sometimes randomly. I turned the vista defrag off today cause I read someone in the forum saying it screws up with the comp, but I need to fix this.

I cant even play Command and Conquer Red Alert 3, it just keeps crashing after like 30 min. Same with Grid. (Arbee knows what im talking about :XD:)

So does anyone know why this is happening? I would also like some suggestions on what Defrag program I should get.

-8 gigs ram
-lots of hardrive room
-8800 GTX graphics card

No?

And my comp is cooled by like 8 fans.. so thats not the issue.

More fans move more dust, check it anyways.

What? Start a run to test 2047MB, then open the app again and run the test on the other 2047MB at the same time.

Er yeah, memtest needs to take a long time. Let it run overnight if you can.

just remove one memory stick every time you go to play your games...
if you pull one and it runs longer than 30 minutes, you're all set...
