gametype customization

is there an external editor that will let me totally customize my halo ce gametypes? im talking about things that you cannot normally do in halo, like 100 or 200 kill slayer limits, or 500% health or something like that, and customizable starting equipment. is it possible to do anything like that or an app that will let me do that?

It's extremly limited and very little tested.
lets me change kills / caps to win. everything else is greyed out. any idea on how to fix this?
