Full disclosure: These are both driven by remote control, so you might not consider them robots, but they do have brains that translate the control input to complex leg movement. Like I said, they'd make ideal robotic platforms.

1. Is incapable of walking and
2. Runs Windows.

I see some major flaws here.

HRP-4C on the other hand, runs Linux and is capable of complete motion.
