I really want your guys opinions on this. Anything you think would make this better just say it!

I'm going to add scenery rocks and trees to add more cover where it is needed in the fields.

Fuck the turrets. Instead, have this map atop an icy plateau. How the fuck do you get to said icy plateau? Well sir, you're going to need some cool landing pad somewhere. And fuck, a random plateau with a landing pad and some pipes needs purpose, right? Make a circle of plateaus with some giant fucking cables going to some big structure in the centre. The plateau you play on can be some sort of power generator.

Meh someone should make a 1 flag ctf map based on reunion tour on the 2nd level. That would be some good hill climbing!

Anyways instead of turrets just have the classic player clip. But to my opinion the whole layout seems way to simple, try adding some other structures for spawning instead of two. Come on I know you can do better inferno!

Lol fence if I could actually model something like that I would but I already have enough work to get done as it is. I'm going to keep the simple "snowbound" style turrets and cliffs and ice and what not but I think adding a few random forerunner bits around would make better cover. I'll see what I can cook up.

What do you guys think of a grav lift that shoots you up to a sniper platform sticking out of the cliff?

Yeah do that sniper cliff, also perhaps make the underground section a bit more maze-like. Ask billy if you need inspiration.

Alright I need to start combining the buildings to the ground mesh. Is there a fast way to do this like use the ground mesh as a "cutting edge" and any face that passes through it is automatically sliced and vertices are added to it?

I'm not aware of any tool like that that doesn't cause tool.exe to spit back errors.

But here (http://www.modacity.net/forums/showthread.php?t=15369) is something you could look into.
