dafuck is my status bar?

For some reason my status bar (you know, the little bar at the bottom of you're browser that shows the link your about to click and what not?) just disappeared outta firefox about a week ago. I couldn't find any setting in FF, and google was no help, so here I am asking you guys.

suggestions?

It's really a useful think when your about to click the link that says "Free Porn" but when you look its just a rickroll link, don't want that to happen to me.

I guess I just didn't bother to look, since I had already found a similar function in the options that didn't work, leading me to believe it was a problem caused by something else.
