I remember last year when I visited the forums with daylight savings in effect there was a small bug. Between 12am and 1am the following line would be displayed at the top of the index:
Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in [path]/index.php on line 145
and the forum index functioned as normal. I don't think you guys could find a fix, which was fine because it wasn't an issue.
But now the index displays:

:[
I can still access the entire forum perfectly fine, it's just the forum index which is the problem.
e: I'm not 100% sure it fixes itself after 1am, but the code last year disappeared at that time. This would be fine if I could just change my timezone ahead an hour, but i'm pretty sure GMT+13 doesn't exist >_>
