Say that I want to work on a set of files on my PC when I'm at home, and on my laptop when I'm out without having to transfer it back and forth on a USB stick or on a filesharing site. What's the easiest way to sync files between the two computers automatically?

I'm really bloody lazy when it comes to syncing my files, and since I only ever edit my music files on my desktop, I just use a window's briefcase to keep my laptop's music up to date.

It's pretty straight forward.

For me? Dropbox... I leave my Thunderbird profile up there too -- so that all my computers will be synchronized with respect to email... also I put small files and powerpoints and stuff up there too.
