Yes, and i use all of those programs constantly.

You'll have to downgrade foobar to an older version to use. All the links are on that site.
I also made some modifications to personalize it for myself.

Also, I prefer the theme Reaper's using, because it looks more like Chrome, and I prefer Chrome to Firefox. Also, less ugly fat toolbars is good when your maximum resolution is 1280x1024. :)

it uses very little resources, it mostly depends on the video or dream your using... some use a bit more depending on the way they were encoded, but for the most part its great.

there is also a hacked version of vista's dreamscene that works on win7, but its buggy.

Which is why I went back to a static background instead of having Win7 change it every 7 seconds. I feel that if I'm going to have a background changing, I want to see immediate results, not something that will happen in 1 hour+ :p
