Halo Custom Edition 1.09 Devmode CRC Patcher

No more devmode toggle. CRC check is also disabled for developers.

To use this just patch the HaloCE 1.09 exe and start it with -console command. You can use devmode whenever and wherever you want.

Cool Pat, I included this app in my Halo Master Collection Release. Credits given of course, I tried to comment on each file who the creator was unless it was so old I could find no info. But you have done some impressive stuff lately, seems you have learned quite a bit since the old days. (PS I miss your forums)
