No...but I am now scared of you :ohdear:

But like...how the hell? 2.6mm? Where do you even plug anything in? Or is it all wireless? This is just too awesome for me to understand...

I guess you plug things into that support stand, which makes the thinness of the screen pretty much useless, lol.

Most likely this will never see mass market... it's too thin to even screw into a wallmount. It's just another penis-wag to get media and retail attention and, more importantly, attention of 3rd party producers.

probably warps really easy.

Saw this on Neowin yesterday, it's pretty epic. The inputs must be on the base, or something. A VGA input plug would be thicker than the TV :x

Well it's also interesting in how far or with what techniques you can save space (e.g. pushing one electron through semi-conductor). You can apply the same concepts, just not as extreme to new LCD screens.

But overall yeah...it's about status.

Shit could cut you, how do you carry it around? Thing looks more delicate than a mirror.

I'd be more impressed if they got rid of the edge bezels so that the image went flush to the edge of the television.

Uh you're doing it wrong...

You don't hold televisions you mount them on walls or stands... However thin glass or strong clear artificial material could be used along the top or bottom edges.

they obviously have it mounted to some type of stand in the picture.

My LED TV is already far too thin, I can't imagine TV's getting any thinner.

PS: My TV is 1.2'' thick.
