View Full Version : My mate just got stabbed 6 times.

He's been messing around with the wrong kinda people for a while now, and i've had a talk to him a couple times about it but i think he just got the ultimate wake up call.

While he was coming back from Brisbane with this guy he knew and these 2 chicks they pulled up at this lookout which is on this isolated back road that goes through farmsteads and the mountains accross the border and into queensland.
After an hour of talking with his supposed mate he turned around to walk back to the car when they stabbed him.

His "mate" stabbed him in the back and started kicking his head in, then he got the other girls to stab him.

All up he ended up with a broken jaw and 6 stab wounds in his back, 2 at the base of his neck. His eyes are black from stale blood and his face is just swollen and he's on morphine, but he's all things considered alright.

they then took him and rolled him off the embankment, stole his BMW and left him to die.
after they left he climbed up out of the woods and walked 3km's to the nearest house and got help.

They just missed his veins and spinal cord in his neck and just missed his heart and lungs in his back so he's gunna make a full recovery. So 20 doctors and nurse's later and a mum fainting in the hospital he's gunna be alright.

the cunts that did this though... well they're fucked.
they got pulled over for speeding on the way back after it and got identified by a cop, that put them in the area in his car at that time.

they tried to dump his car at the boat ramp but got picked up by the cops later the next day when they came back, the knife was still in the car, along with all of their prints.
They picked up the other girl in town at her house.

but these guys are fucking stupid people.
they also recorded it on their phones...
they deleted it but the cops have got their phones and they're being examined as we speak.

Stabbed 6 times, kicked in the head half a dozen times, broken jaw, rolled off a cliff and then walked 3 km's to get help.
Thats why today he's our B.A.M.F. of the day.
bad ass mother fucker.

I'm speechless at how crazy this whole situation is. Your buddy Jerrod is lucky as hell. It also sounds like he has the will power of an ascetic lol. BAMF

To the assailants: Have fun with the rest of your lives. :)

What in the fuck would possess a person to stab another. Especially when they knew him. It's like the ultimate crime of stupidity.

Hope your friend recovers bod & sirius. after his recovery, you'll have to come up with a new bad ass nick name for him.

Holy fuck. Hes lucky to be alive, jeez....Wish him the best, hopefully he'll make a full recovery.

Hope they throw the book at the people that did this, so it was totally unprovoked? (either way, its fucked up they stabbed him and left him to die).

Good to hear he is all right (and that is one bad ass tough dude, I wish I had that kind of strength and perseverance).

imo the death penalty should be abolished everywhere...giving such scum the death penalty is basically giving them an easy way out. Lock these people up for good and make sure they have long lives in their tiny concrete cells. Putting murderers to death won't bring back the victims, and anyway if we're saying they are evil how are we any less evil by killing them?

As far as I know, Australia doesn't have the death penalty, so I wouldn't expect them to get put to death. However, life imprisonment is just another waste of money. The outlaw system could help fix this problem. If the criminal is repentant, it still allows them their freedom, to be productive and carry out their sentences earning money, seeing their family, and staying on the good side of the law. They're still being punished through their lack of citizen rights: no driver's license, no health care, etc. If the criminal is truly a bad apple, the system allows the masses the right to do with them as they please. That's just one suggestion, though, and obviously not foolproof.

The reason some countries don't use the death penalty isn't because of the "how are we any less evil" argument. If a person commits murder, they're a detriment to society, and aren't welcome in it. There's nothing unjust about the death penalty. The problem is that you can rarely be completely sure that somebody committed a crime. The legal system operates on persons being guilty "beyond a reasonable doubt", not "for sure". There have been documented cases where people will be sentenced, only to be released decades later because they found new evidence exonerating them. So because we can never be sure, we don't put people to death. We keep them alive not to punish them with a long and regrettable life, but to allow the injection of new evidence to clear their case.

Hey if you guys want to argue over the merits of the death penalty we have that shiny new Great Debate section. I'll leave it up to Bod if it's okay for that to be in this thread or if it should get a different one. But if you want to do that, remember that bad posts won't be tolerated.

April 11th, 2010, 12:59 PM
Oh wow. Glad he's in a decent condition. He's extremely lucky to have been able to climb then walk 3km to the farm house, or w/e it was. Hell, he's even more lucky they didn't puncture his lungs, heart, or anything, especially his spinal cord. Which makes you think, did the others have a guilt trip, or something, when they did this? Otherwise you would think they would have made sure he was dead.

about "messing around with the wrong people," I can identify with that too, I've had a cousin in BC who got arrested because he chose to mix with the wrong crowd just like your friend here, and he got involved in some gang fight and luckily the cops intervened before anyone was killed. He was only 17 at the time. The worst part for him was that he was a first gen immigrant from India along with my aunt and uncle, and this one act of stupidity cost him his permanent residence AND permanently disqualified him from any chance of Canadian citizenship. If he'd listened to his parents' advice and just lived his life normally and finished school, he could be a successful Canadian citizen with a proper life, but no he just had to be defiant and now it's back to India for him.

It's really unfortunate how so many good people can be lost to all these incidents just because they thought they could be "cool" by hanging with the uncool people.

I suppose each of those stabs represent a foot meter in diameter radius for each of his balls? Gawdamn.

What a tough way to learn a lesson though. Was it even provoked, or were they just trying to jack his ride?

The idiot had been messing around running drugs, i tried to talk him out of that shit warning him of the consequences ages ago, but he's a little hard of hearing sometimes.

Lok i dont know why anyone gets into this shady business in the first place, simply because it only ends one way.
How many people do you know of that live rich and successful lives because of this and compare that with how many do you know that arn't with us anymore. It's just not worth it and it'll never be worth it.
you cant play with snakes and expect to not get bitten, fortunently enough this time he got very, very lucky.

It's a lesson but it's the harsh's way you can receive it, i only hope it works.

Yeah funny that. You'd think being the media, they'd naturally want to exploit and flesh out all the details to turn more heads.

But no, news here is extremely vague thus leads people to go ONLINE for more info.

They wonder why they're medium is failing. But that's another topic.

Jesus Christ, is Casino really the ass end of Australia you make it out to be or what? That's insane.

Can't really think of anything to say other than what's been said a dozen times but. Doubt I'd have even tried to climb back out to the road :v:

Not to mention the embarrasingly long court cases which go on in the US over people trying to dodge death. If they've been convicted 3 times, you'd think that'd be the end. :allears:
