Sooty and Sweep Show - Whats the whostle called?

What is the whistle called which makes the squicky sound in the sooty and sweep noice?

I brought one years ago and they are awesome, the seller said it was called a cat whistle but I cannot find it.

It is made of metal, a rubbery material which vibrates on you mouth roof and a cloth materil which I cannot remember the name of.

The device goes on the top of your mouth and when you put your tounge to make a sss noice it vibrates and squicks.

I want to buy some more as I lost it and its awesome :P

They're called mouth calls, at least the ones for deer, elk, and turkey are. Primos makes them for hunting.

never heard of one for house cats though
