Bought Bad Company 2 ($33.49), Audiosurf ($2.50), Introversion pack (Defcon, Uplink, 2 other casual games, all for $5), Bioshock 1 ($5), and World of Goo ($5).

Also bought the L4D2 4-pack as a gift for my friends.

Thankfully I have relatives in Canada who were able to buy the games at the U.S. sale price and gift them to me, then I wired over my payment.

Got Red Faction Guerrilla ($5), and I get 1fps while playing woohoo. Also picked up Killing Floor and Thief. Killing floor is too fucking hard, I went and played L4D2 after 10 min.

Killing floor is really hard when you first start playing, it's a game you progressivly get better at. Kinda hard to get into but once you understand it it can be fun.

another thing, don't underestimate the power of the pistol, you can fire it a very fast rate and get some nice headshots. good way to save cash and get a better weapon early.

Always make sure your system meets the minimum requirements. Your video card won't be able to play games with very many graphical settings turned on.

It meets the minimum, but minimum isn't always playable. I knew I most likely wouldn't be able to run it, but its still gonna be there next time I upgrade. Either pay $5 now or full price later.

Actually Red Faction will be a hog on whatever you use to calculate physics, whether that be your CPU or GPU, considering Red Faction is pretty heavy when it comes to physics, so much so that it is calculating even the strength and integrity of undamaged buildings.

Let me guess, Singleplayer runs on a solid 35FPS with everything turned up, but when you hit multiplayer it mysteriously shits itself? I'm having the same problem on my old computer.

Well multiplayer is a lot more taxing on your computer than single player. After all, the devs can control what happens in single player, and optimize the game accordingly... Multiplayer happens differently every time you play.
