You know, I am actually sort of excited about this. I loved Donkey Kong Country when I was a kid. I loved the art style and I loved the music. And while they've sort of made this new game look pretty much like every other game on the block, it seems as if everything I loved about the original is still there.

I'd buy it.

Between the first new main-series Metroid game since Fusion came out almost ten years ago, the first new main-series Kirby game since forever, Zelda with non-shitty sword control, and now the first new DKC game since the SNES days... got damn.

I know right.

So far I'm liking the concept of the new DKC game and having no Krocs is a great idea in my opinion. They had a good run but it's time for a new set of foes, can only fight King K. Rool only so many times after all.

Ya I am. I was just being a drama queen during the time, mostly because of no Kroc dudes. But hey, they are getting kind of old. The boss fights seem to keep the same concept to. Fuck it, I'll buy it xD. I guess I'll have to play all 3 donkey kong country's again!

apparently this is supposed to be the music for this game. i had a little argument with the uploader about how this sounds nothing like donkey kong country's music. he seemed to disagree. music has always been one of my favorite things about old games, and i find it disappointing that this new music just isnt what i remember.

^ agree music even today can be a great aspect to any game, example of a newer game being halo.
