Can't remember the name of this song

Well, I know that video is from Operation Hardtack...

Was it an official music video for an artist? Or was this a user-generated compilation from youtube? If it was the latter, it will be extremely difficult to locate.

It was an official music video, i'm pretty sure. It was either a techno/dnb/alternative/rock or something
