I've noticed that since we disabled rep, I have wanted to publically lash out at users for posts instead of -repping them. Surely that is a negative outcome right?

It's your fault for wanting to lash out... not the fault of the rep being disabled.

What EX said.. Not to mention, there isn't a need to be lash them out in public; if you have such a fit with it, pm them instead.

If it's a post against forum rules, there is the report post button then the mods can handle it, it's their duty. If it's something posted against your opinion, you can always refute it while still following the rules and don't troll because you have anger issues. =p
