How do I make Chapter Titles?

I would like to know how to make Chapter Titles. If somebody can help me on this that would be great. It took my friend a really long time to figure out Chapter Titles, and he's a very good scripter/modeler.
I want it to look something like this but to say something else:

Its really, really simple.

Basically create a string list with the chapter title in it, then open the scenario in guerrilla and set it up. (check a30 for reference), once completed, just use the command to display and it.
