The cursor smoothly moves

Notebook Hp pavilion g6-1004
2 cores, 4 gb ram, 512 mb vid
i tried to run halo ce on it, but fkn crap mouse moves like in vaacum, cant play like this
guys help me, i don't tknow what to do, i instaled latest driver for vid - dosnt help
any ideas???

Try disabling vsync in the ingame settings.

Check the settings for the mouse pointer in the control panel. The "enhance pointer precision" option might be unchecked resulting smoother, but less controllable pointer movement. Hell, maybe even the pointer speed might be set too slow.
