Logon Error

NEED HELP BADLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

when i open Halo 2 and click on live, it starts to login but i get the error

logon error code 0x80151909. Does anyone know why this is happening. This happens when i am hooked up to the proxy and firewall but the ports are allowed through unless i am missing one. But another thing that happens when i do a direct connection to the internet and bypass everything. I cant see any games when i go into live and go into the third option. it just says no available games.

Since no one can help me or even know what i am talking about. i was wondering if there is a way to contact bungie directly and as them my problem because every forum i try, no one knows what i am talking about.

i have both problems though, it depends what way i wont to connect to the internet. mostly i connect through the proxy and firewall so it get the error "0x80181909". I opened the ports(TCP-80,3074 UDP-80,3074,2302,2303). But i dont know if that same problem with not being able to find a game will happen since i cant log on to live. Also, i clicked more information to bring up the problem codes and this one isnt listed anyone, i cant even google.

if you need my specs i will pot them anyways.
Dell Precision 360, Pentium 4 2.8GHz hyperthreaded, 1.5 GB memory, 300 GB 7200rpm SATA drive, Phillips DVD+RW, NEC DVD+RW, XFX 6800XT AGP, Vista Business, Kerio Win Firewall (i dont have access to)

are u a 56k-er? If not, what internet do u have?

DSL running just under a Meg. Also its wireless

maybe the disc is corrupted...wait, can you play campaign?

Yes i can play campaign and network and it runs smoothly. but when i am hooked up through the proxy and firewall i cannot connect to live (which i need to fix) but when i am doing a direct connection, bypassing it all, i can connect to live but am unable to find any available games? If you know why the firewall and proxy reason, that would help a lot.

i dont have acess to that or the proxy. My dad is in control of them and doubt he will turn it off. but if that was the problem, why cant i see any games when i use a direct connection?

I have this exact same problem, I feal your pain. Bought my copy 23 May and have yet been able to connect to live. I opened all needed ports, turned my firewall off, prayed and still the same thing.
