This is a BETA so not all features are unlocked…
But it should be enough for some nice map previews, maps etc.

Don’t forget to read the about section on the app ;)

I know it has a lot of bugs still to be fixed but just don't do things that

With mine you set camera points and it makes a path out of it.

Try it out! :)

I don't get it.
you set camera points and then the camera will fly between them like a cinematic.

Get into a server with tons of people no lag. Set some points and sit back and watch the battle ensue. (Make sure your in a safe place too when your watching)

Thats what I do with this nowadays. Maybe I should record a few of those matches

Yes, recording them is a great idea. I have several videos of games that I was going to look through and make a series of the good ones. This will REALLY help with that. Can I break the path at any time and resume manual control? Like if it's traveling around and all of a sudden blue team gets red team's flag...can I break the path and manually follow the flag?

I'm sitting right now on moving boxes typing on a german keyboard (Grrr I hate these keys §§§)...I won't be able to work on it for at least 2 weeks...I forgot to upload the source (so someone else could work on it) and my comp is unnavailable right now for me.

The next version is going to have some more features...just keep suggesting things...

Until then..Porn here I come!°!°!°! :p

EDIT:Umlaute FTW ÖÄÜäöü

Can you tween the FOV between camera points? For a dolly-zoom effect.

:D Nice work patty pat pat paticake paticake bakers man.

Dear god, I nearly shite myself, I pressed num 5 to save a camera point and my pc made a scratching noise, turns out pat only made the machine Beep (like when you turn on pc) but he does it a TON of times, so dont worry its not your memory frying.

3 year bump.

This isn't working for me, every time I start it on Windows 7 64 bit it just keeps giving my a popup that says "Plz run the whole cinematic at least once or selec the last camera point manually"...

I'm liking it alot, but I'd suggest trying to make some better interpolation. It's a bit jerky from camera point to camera point. Of course I don't know how difficult that would be as I'm no coder.

Now, if only there were demo playback, mix the two and you get something beautiful...

Patric PM me i have a nice little formula that you can use that takes into account the pitch of the camera and converts the vector into a useable position movement calculator. pritty sure it can be adapted to work with this... uhhh in short... if camera's facing up. you move up. and no forward. if facing down. move down and no moving forward or down. and anything inbetween
