Alright, purchased Halo 2 Vista(or should I say XP), opened up the Halo 2 folder, found the startup.exe...now what do I do? It says Run Startup.exe on the Halo 2 DVD using the included Loader.exe
Ie.: Loader.exe D:\Startup.exe

I don't really understand how to do that? Can someone pleeease demonstrate? HUGE thanks to anyone who can help.

open up command prompt, navigate to your wowloader folder(cd commands, ie cd "c:\documents and settings\username\desktop\wowloaderfolder"
then if it puts you in that directory, type loader.exe "D:\startup.exe
assuming d is your actual dvd drive containing your store purchased h2v...

Wait, so I open up command prompt, and I type the destination of where I extracted Wowloader? I'm not too sure what I did because it's not working. Isn't there another way to run startup.exe with/using wowloader?

I had to go through hell to come this far! I don't intend for it all to go to waste!

Drag and drop the Setup.exe onto the Wowloader.exe, thats the simple way. That or create a new txt document, type in:

Loader.exe *:\Startup.exe

(Where * is your DVD drive letter) then save the text document as whatevernameyoulike.bat (the.bat is important) to your Wowloader folder. Then run your .bat file you just created

Eh what? You can still activate it (it's somewhere in creating a Live account or something), and at least have the full single player to mess around with...

Eh, whatever. At least single-player works. Locked to the max.
