Halo 2 Dedicated server

Ok guys, I need to know some info. on running a dedicated server for halo 2. I need to know how much bandwidth it takes up, and I need to know the recommended system requirements to run a server.

With ~750kpbs upspeed you can host up to 16 players, on a P4 2.8Ghz 1mb l2 dual core the server hardly reaches 2% of cpu power so i guess you can do with a lot less to host a server.
