i just wanna know if anybody knows how to setup the HEK+ properly...i extract all the files, and i get two errors saying it cannot be loaded...anyone know?

You could be missing some system file. Is there an actual error message? Might need Framework 2.0 for that.

Install the latest .net framework.

i have 2.0 version of framework...still nuffin...ya extract into ce folder right? i did, but...just asking

I don't think where you extract the HEK+ is important. It should be able to run from any directory on your computer. Might have something to do with your computer specs.

I thought the HEK+ used .NET 1.4(?) or something to that effect.

Try downloading different versions, there are a couple with bad compatibility issues.
