Sound Problem

For some reason the speakers on my monitor aren't working correctly. In order to hear anything, I have to turn the volume up to max, and even then it's hard to hear anything. Anybody know what the problem might be?

Grrrrrrrr, now I have no sound altogether.

Restart the machine? Check that your sounds drivers are working and check the sound volume in windows itself.
