your perspective better be right on if you're going to do something like that. is it going to be inside or outside?

those things are really hard, since they only work from 1 point of view. you'd have to consider that while you're desgning it. the point you'd propably want to be using is like the entrance to the classroom, since that's the point everyone passes for sure, to get the best effect out of it.
as for actual ideas, it's 2AM, so i'm kinda dead in the head now. might come up with somethign tomorrow. i really like the first one you posted though.

Cool, I suggest you hit up a google search for Banksy if you want some inspiration.

A warp would be awesome.
How about something similar to this house:

Then have like a light at the end of the tunnel.
Without the division by zero thing and the wood going outwards :p
The only difference is that its not a painting.

Draw a giant phallus with the word "shit" superimposed over it.

That first one is amazing. In our gym we have a giant cougar coming out of the wall looking like its attacking something.

Again, I suggest Villa Farnesina as inspiration.

You probably already know this, but use an overhead projector to help set up your horizon, vanishing point, points of perspective, and perspective lines. That way you will not run into distortion caused from working up close to the wall.

Unless I come in to push the projector. Oops.
Hmm the only ideas I can think of works if you're drawing them on the floor.
