In vista whenever I open "Computer" a message comes up and says "Windows Explorer has stopped working." Then I have to restart Windows Exlporer. It pretty much started when I O/Ced my GPU with ATI tool. =\
System specs are

Open your device manager and see what card it reports you to have.

Sad thing is I never installed the drivers for vista.
With the drivers i get about 20 less FPS in games as when I don't have drivers. In H2V without drivers I can run it at 1024X768 Med texture quality with 15-25 FPS. With the drivers I run H2V at 800X600 at low with 10 FPS.
I'm going to try a repair install.
Edit: Would not let me repair.
But when I rebooted back into vista and all my programs were booting up. Windows Live messenger went non responsive (Happens every time, damn thing wont ever boot) So I just uninstalled that and then I could open Computer. Don't break out the cigars yet though
When I was typing this edit. Windows suddenly went out of areo and then a message came up that said "Ready boost has stopped working" even though I'm not using ready boost.
Edit2: It went back into areo automatically after like 2 min of waiting. I will consider it fixed unless it happens again.

ATITool works with both sides, like Rivatuner.
If you messed something up with the overclock, just reinstalling the drivers should take care of it.
srsly? dat's kewl
