help animating weapons

hey i wanna learn how to animate weapons but, i cana't find any tutorials that i can understand. can someone help me?

Sigh, I really need to make a tutorial on how to animate with IK and properly, but people will scream at me for my high-pitched 5 year old sounding voice.

but really, ive been animating for around.. a year and a half now.. i just started using IK in the middle of July, its pretty easy to get used to. No one would teach me how to animate weapons, at all, i went upon looking an the frames in guerilla, then creating each individual frame in 3ds max for the fp arms, then put the needler in, and started to do crap, i realized that each animation is its own file, and exported each one correctly. Its quite simple, yet i sucked at them, they do require a lot of practice.
