As the server isn't being played on awhole lot on non game days, I decided it would be a good idea to host a game night. This will include maps that we would accept for a match (break maps will be included as well). Gametypes I won't care much about as this is a game night. I do encourage suggestions and do ask that you upload a few special gametypes to expand the game experience. At 6:15 PM eastern I will include a maplist and start up the game night.

While I did say League type maps, that actually isn't a bad idea... Doesn't have anything modded apart from the Teletubbies. So I wouldn't have a problem with that. Was fun when I beta tested it haha.

One very hectic and very fun gametype that I suggest is "Football".
Assault one-flag CTF, 20 minute time limit, 15 points to win, 1 minute each round, time return, 50% health, no shields, shotguns only, explosives-only friendly fire (to allow shotgun spamming, but deter grenade covering of teammates).
This is to be played on Battle Creek, Longest, Prisoner, Majestic, Mask (with Red Team's Turret and Blue Team's Warthog - but not Blue Team's Turret - activated), No Remorse, or any other small to medium map that is not dependent upon vehicles.

I just downloaded all of the server's maps that I didn't have. I might be on tomorrow. I honestly believe you need more innovative and varied gametypes and under-rated maps (including stock maps) though.

This isn't a game night without the "Worst Gametype EVAR" on Chiron TL34:
-Team King w/ moving hill
-Shotguns Only
-No Shields
-50% Health
-No friend indicators
-Radar off
-Players are camo'd

No, I've played it. It's best with a 5 minute, for 5 kills autoban on, because then you have to decide whether or not to shoot someone and risk getting banned.

Play holding F1 down (or weighted down), and only shoot at enemies in the hill - you can tell there is an enemy in the hill when their scoreboard time is rising. I do something similar when approaching the hill on Yoyorast Island, but involving blind grenade throws.
